Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • Whey protein
  • 2 sticks of your favourite Jacobs Iced Cappuccino
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • OPTIONAL
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, A pinch of cinnamon
